Withdrawal
Withdrawal information for consumers entering into distance service contracts or service contracts away from business premises.
Scope
The following information applies to consumers with a statutory right of withdrawal from a service contract with Jawad Gebäudeservice GmbH. A non-binding enquiry through this website does not itself conclude a chargeable contract.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right, you must inform us (Jawad Gebäudeservice GmbH, Jahnstraße 18, 59439 Holzwickede, Germany, telephone: 02301/9771241, email: info@jawad-gebaeudeservice.de) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning exercise of the right before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry for services
For a contract requiring payment, the right expires on full performance of the service only under the statutory conditions: before performance starts, you must expressly consent to work beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you will lose the right once the contract has been fully performed. For a contract concluded away from business premises, consent must be provided on a durable medium. Merely accepting terms or privacy information does not replace these declarations.

If you wish to withdraw, you may use the following text and add the service, order date, your name and address, and the date. Please sign if sending it on paper. Any other unequivocal statement is also possible.
